Posters Session

Call for posters:

All participants are welcome to submit a poster.

Poster presentations: Each poster will be briefly explained by their authors in a 3 minute presentation supported by PowerPoint slides.

Poster viewing: Posters will be mounted near the exhibition area for the duration of the conference. A dedicated poster viewing session will take place directly after all posters have been briefly presented.

Poster registration: Select 'yes' on your registration form in the “present a poster” area.

Before the conference: Submit the following 3 documents to us by December 20, 2007.

•  a short abstract of your poster presentation

•  PowerPoint slides to explain your poster (3 minute presentation)

•  your portrait format poster as a PowerPoint document

At the conference: Please bring the original A0 size (84cm x 119cm) poster with you to the conference on January 17, 2008. You may set up your poster at any time before the poster session.

Discount: Poster presenters will receive a €25 discount on their registration fee.

Posters presented at the conference are eligible to be uploaded free of charge onto ePosters.net for worldwide access after the event. Visit the website for more information. ePosters.net will provide an award and certificate for the best poster presented at the meeting.
