Posters Session

Call for posters:

All participants are welcome to submit a poster.

Poster viewing: Posters will be mounted near the exhibition area for the duration of the conference. A dedicated poster viewing session will take place where poster presenters can discuss their posters in depth with confernece participants.

Poster registration: Select 'yes' on your registration form in the “present a poster” area.

Before the conference: Submit the following documents to us by December 31, 2008.

•  a short abstract of your poster presentation

•  your portrait format poster as an A4 PowerPoint document with a 1 cm margin

At the conference: Please bring the original A0 size (84cm x 119cm) poster with you to the conference on January 22, 2009. You may set up your poster at any time before the poster session.

Discount: Poster presenters will receive a €25 discount on their registration fee. Only one discount per poster will be given.

Posters presented at the conference can be uploaded free of charge onto ePosters.net for worldwide access after the event. Poster presenters will receive an upload ID. For more information visit www.eposters.net.

If you decide to present a poster after you have already registered for the conference, please send us a short e-mail with the requested documents.
